Core Values

  • Evidence-Based Practice – grounded in the science of reading and educational research.

  • Equity in Literacy – ensuring every child, regardless of context, has the right to read.

  • Collaboration – working hand-in-hand with teachers, leaders, and global partners.

  • Innovation – designing scalable, sustainable solutions for the future of education.

Effective literacy instruction integrates learning, instructional, and literacy science to define how learners learn, what to teach, and which practices lead to proficient reading and language use.

Philosophy

Dr. Pullen believe that literacy is a gateway to opportunity. Education systems thrive when they are informed by rigorous research, when teachers are empowered with the tools they need, and when policies are aligned with classroom realities. Our philosophy is child-centered, teacher-driven, and research-backed—ensuring impact from the individual learner to national education systems.

Durable learning emerges when literacy instruction intentionally integrates social safety, emotional readiness, cognitive load management, and high-repetition practice so students can engage, process, and automatize new skills.
